The entire line of Taste Domination wing sauces is amazing. They’re spot-on when it comes to flavor. They’re perfectly thick but not too thick. They’re nicely spicy but not overly so. The Hatch Pepper sauce is flat-out fantastic. This sauce is what good-ole Buffalo Wing sauce wishes it would grow up to be. It’s got a great southwestern vibe to it, and just enough heat to wake you up.
Taste Domination Hatch Pepper wing sauce isn’t just for wings. It’s fantastic for dipping shrimp. I like to drizzle it over fried chicken pieces. I’ve even mixed it with Ranch dressing and used it as a wing dipping sauce. It’s got the kick and flavors that I love. It’s definitely a favorite of mine.
